SHIPPING

• Please allow 2-3 days to process order 
• Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information

RETURN 

• Returns will be accepted 21 days from ship date - if the item is in the original condition with hang tag attached and has no sign of visible wear.  
• EXCHANGES are accepted please email shopviolarose@gmail.com first and tell us the item you are wanting to exchange 
• Sale items, jewelry, and hats CANNOT be returned 
• Any refund will be granted through an E-GIFT CARD ONLY 
• Contact us for any questions on your return we will do our best to make this easy for you
